

For the third year in a row, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is joining over 500 million people from over 180 countries in celebrating Earth Day. We're hosting free eWaste collection event that you can participate in to help reduce, reuse and recycle unwanted electronics.
1-800-GOT-JUNK? joined their efforts with Organizing Help hosting a free, e-waste disposal event, in recognition of International Earth Day and events to demonstrate our dedication to clean communities and environmentally responsible junk removal.
WHEN: Saturday, April 23, 2011
LOCATION: Okanagan University College - 1000 KLO Road (please use Campus Rd. West)
TIME: 9am — 3pm
Desktop computers (including keyboards, mice and cables), laptops, notebooks, tablet PCs, CRT and LCD monitors, TVs, printers and fax machines will be accepted.
Also, you can bring confidential documents, and we’ll shred them for you onsite (courtesy of Okanagan Paper Shredding).
Last year over 7 tonnes of eWaste was recycled. Over 300 people brought their electronic for recycling and left empty-handed.

We’ll help with all of your spring cleaning, just give us a call or book online. We’ll do everything else, just point at what needs to go. We’ll pick it up, dispose of it for you, recycle what we can, and even clean up after ourselves.
